PERF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary, modify, add or remove any part of these provisions at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes have been made to the terms (including to the Privacy Policy followed by PERF) constitutes implicit acceptance of such changes.

Once the processing of personal data has been authorized, the user registers, completely free of charge.
Upon placing the first order, the user will be automatically registered and will receive a generic password, which can be immediately modified via the link in the confirmation email. The Password is fully and exclusively available to the customer who, from the moment of acceptance of the these conditions, releases PERF from any and all liability, of every kind and type, deriving from and connected with the use of the registered user's password. Registration allows users to access the services of the PERF "store". For purchases subsequent to the first, it will be sufficient to use the identification data, without having to fill out other forms.
The data communicated during registration are inserted into electronic archives, processed using secure IT means and used only for purposes relating to purchases or to inform about PERF initiatives, in full respect of privacy. At any time you can modify your data, directly from the reserved area, or request its cancellation by sending an e-mail to: info@perf-safety.it. Only the customer can access the reserved area by logging in, or by entering their identification data. In this section the user will have the possibility to check the status of the orders, or modify their data. Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, “Code regarding the protection of personal data”, PERF Italia srl is required to provide some information relating to the collection of personal data online.
Data controller
PERF Italia srl, (hereinafter PERF) processes personal data in full compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. The data are entered into the PERF databases following the acquisition of the interested party's consent, except in the cases referred to in art. 24 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. In compliance with this legislation, data processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, to protect the confidentiality of the Customer's rights. The data controller is PERF. The data controller, also pursuant to art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, is the Marketing Office of PERF. He is designated responsible for replying to the interested party, in case of exercise of the rights referred to in the art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the managing director.
Personal data is collected for contractual, administrative-accounting, commercial, statistical purposes and for the establishment of normal commercial contacts. Their processing occurs manually and computerized. The acquired data may be communicated to shippers, consultants for the implementation of the aforementioned purposes, as well as for marketing, advertising, promotional and market research initiatives. Personal data may also be communicated to Marketing office staff.

The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. For any dispute arising from the contract or relating to it, the following will be competent:
